While maintaining a successful career in finance, and due to unique and life altering events, I have focused my efforts on developing a deeper understanding of Human Behaviour as it relates to Safety, Organizational Culture, and Ethical Leadership.

Since the launch of my Book, Moments of Impact, I have polished my content and delivery through numerous events to multiple audience types, including Executive Leadership, Safety Professionals, and Front-Line workers.

My messages about what needs to be done to improve safety performance has impacted many organizational cultures. A very large percentage of my clients continue to book more engagements for future events and leadership levels within their organization.
 

My goal is to continue this rewarding journey of learning, teaching and inspiring change in others.
